RWS-34 Refurbs At Airguns Daily

About the Walther Falcon I got from Airguns Daily with the broken rear sight. They said there was nothing they could do about the rear sight and to contact Umarex about getting a replacement. Umarex hasn't gotten back to me yet. I told them it was only the blade and the round barrel that moves that were broken..small part. Disappointed in AG daily, said I could send the whole gun back. That is just poor way to do business. Most new guns are shipped without the rear site attached just for that reason. Just wanted you guys to know that before you plunk down good money at Airguns daily.

Just goes to show you how great this forum is.
I have been contacted by the owner of Airguns Daily and he assures me that they will rectify this small problem i have with the Walther Falcon. I guess Airguns Daily is willing to go that something extra for it's customers.
That's a good thing to know these days. I apologize if I was a little harsh in my original post.

I got in on this deal. Ordered it on the 10th. Won't be here until the 21st. They stated the delivery truck to them was delayed. I sure hope it's worth the wait.

Yeah, I signed up with them and then received only 3 e-mail messages over the next 3 weeks.  When I contacted them and asked why I was not receiving messages, they said they only updated their messages occasionally.  I asked them to take me off their list; if they can't do what they say they do, why mess with them?
