For those of who weigh and sort pellets, how do you divide/separate them? Like if you got a tin that reads 11.42grs, do you separate them from 11.43grs or do you sort them at 11.5, 11.3, 11.4 and so on?

OH MY GOD!!! Brother you do NOT play no games. What rifle are you shooting those .20cals from? What weight gives you the best accuracy? And is the scale you use expensive?

Beeman R9 .20, Theoben Crusader, CroMagnum stock (both ambidextrous stocks). I am a right hander with dominant left eye. I shoot both ways, but am better left handed.
JSB Exacts are the most accurate. Hard to say which single weight is best. The thing about sorting by weight isn't so much that any one weight is more accurate than another within a relatively tight range. Rather, it is that if sorted by weight, then shooting only one weight pellet at a time eliminates the possibility of the occasional significantly over/under weight pellet that is way out of the normal weight curve (it happens, perhaps 3-4 per tin) causing a flyer. Same goes, I think, for sorting head sizes.
GemPro 50 Scale - no longer made, apparently. Looks like compared to several years ago when I bought the GemPro 50, models have changed and prices have come down. Think I paid around $80 for the GemPro 50. Check out: MyWeigh.com
This, from AmericanWeigh also looks interesting. Under $50 w/ free shipping:
For head size, check out my brother's new products:
pelletgage.com
Looks like anyone serious about sorting by weight and by size is now only about $100 bucks away from a good quality scale and gage. That's a big change from 8 years ago, in spite of the current economy.
The bag with 5 plastic cases were a gift from my brother. He got them at Harbor Freight, I believe, also some years ago. As an alternative, I think you can look in any fishing tackle catalog or on line and find something very similar. The cases are relatively cheap.
