Navy 2011 National Air Rifle Championships

It seems that a team of 4 from the Augusta area will be competeing in the  2011 Navy Nationals Air Rifle Championships In Anniston , Alabama.  They are all members of Navy JR. ROTC and represent 4 different High Schools in the area.  They have worked hard for the chance to compete and expect to bring  home trophies.   They will be competeing against 25 other teams.

that's funny I was just reading yesterday that a team from Des Moines, Iowa also is doing well.  A JROTC team from here is doing well.  4 area kids will be going to the Marine Corps Nationals in mid Feb.
