My new to me HW95 .22cal

Ok, Just seen in the pellets that the previous owner sent me. Chrony numbers of each pellet. Here they are as follow for a HW 95 in. 22cal that isn't broken in yet. How can one really tell if its broken in or not though? And when should I look for the "perfect" pellet? Now or after break in period is over?  And I know each rifle is different but any recommendations on said pellets?

Metal Mags 17gr@ 665fps

JSB 13gr 726fps

CP 14gr 726fps

RWS Super Dome 14gr 740fps

H&N Hunter Extreme 19gr 655fps

Pred Polymag 16gr 617fps

Then the previous owner sent me a 5 shot through the chrony w/JSB 18.13gr
