Scope creep

The mounts are staying in place but the scope is moving back in the rings,I have tried friction tape but still moves. Has anyone tried a dab of super glue on the top ring to stop this creep ? I'm trying to not dent the scope tube so I don't want too much buildup on the tube.

bit of contact cement applied and assembled wet then given a day or so cure time it won't be slipping any more.
Or get some better rings ...

Get the torque specs from the ring manufacturer and use a torque wrench.
