You might need to back out the silver screw so it's not hair trigger. The X20 safety just blocks the trigger pin preventing the trigger blade from being pulled back. On yours...the sear most likely releases from the jolt of the safety being pushed. When I installed my GRT III blade I made sure I have enough grab from the 2nd lever to the sear, I use a flashlight to check at least 1/16th contact. I do all this before I put her back in the stock.Have you seen Brutuz youtube post?

I watched the video a couple times and the trigger installed just like the video with out any issues. Is the "grub" screw the silver or the Allen screw? It was suggested to back out the "grub" screw 1/4 turn at a time.Thanks for the suggestion!!
