so my care packages arrived today and I received my fully adjustable sportsmatch scope rings and sun optics windage adjustable rings among other goodies (barska scopes and pellets.
first up the sportsmatch rings, which I threw on my daystate. I zeroed the scope then took a shot and started adjusting for the windage. with next to no instructions I loosened the windage screws and angled the crosshairs on the poi and then tightened them up and Hallelujah, I think I started talking in tongues.*LOL* they are very nice but for 150.00 and the amount of scopes and guns I have these rings will be reserved for the prima donna guns.*L*
so now looking at the sun optics windage adjustable only. they are much more user friendly to use, in my haste I ordered standard rings instead of the high rings which is why I have the risers. they too are nice and at 30.00 more wallet friendly.
the scopes, well I'm a barska fan, all side focus one has a destination outside of my possesion so I may order another one. the ac11380 is a heck of a scope. it's on my s510 and it's staying there.
the ac11674 I put on my airranger and took off my barska ffp scope which may end up on something.
the ac11392 I put on my fx replacing the centerpoint 4-16 and it's business as usual for that gun.
also ended up ordering more jsb 18gr pellets, meant to order 500 ct tins but got 250 ct tins.
so those who are running out of windage adjustments both rings work well, those with elevation and windage the sportsmatch solves the problem.
now my wife knows why she got flowers and candy today.

Actually, the Sun rings do elevation as well as windage.

you are correct. didn't realize that center nut in the ring adjust. my focus was strictly on windage as that's the one issue I've had had with multiple scopes.
