Choseing a new gun would be so dam hard...I had made my mined up
A Diana 54..So hunt down the best prise.."bad move"..yer keep seeing
all these other guns/prises..Wow could buy one of them and one of them
for the prise of a 54..and next thing yer know yer worse of the when yer
started looking...Now I'm not so sure about the 54....but what do I want ?
Then theres the other possabiliy...By the end of the year we will have power
restictions or maybe a blanket restriction on PCPs..but not springers/Pnuematic
or CO2..So buy a CO2 Condoor.....Damed if I know what way to jump...

Yep they are....they are talking power restrictions...but thats two hard to police ..So
I can see it wil be a blanket restriction on PCPs...It will be here by the end of the year...

Who are "they"?  Do you have any links to sources? describing what will be restricted and why?

Airgunning is new to me, but wanting to restrict them is quite surprising, I'd like to read up on this topic a bit.

You might want to give Hector Medina an email - millardarius@yahoo.com - He has come up with new pistons for the 54 and one of them is for soft-tuning.  If so, you could buy a nice, used 54 and, in the event of future restrictions, drop in his parts.  I think they bring it down to 12fpe for FT competition.

Do you know if your restrictions will be similar to the UK's?  There you can get a permit for guns over 12fpe.
