IN REFERENCE TO THE DUAL CALIBER FEATURE/S:

As mentioned, you can order the FD-PCP in .177 or .22. If you would like to have Dual Caliber Capabilities, just purchase an extra barrel in the caliber you would like to have (only $20.00 for extra barrel/s.) and a set of extra o-rings for the barrel.

The o-ring size for the barrel is 012 and you can get them at your local Auto Parts Store or local Hardware Store. Only about .79 per pack or set.

The reason for the extra o-rings, is that you may damage the ones on the barrel you are removing from the FD-PCP and will need to replace them with the new ones. Also, you will need some for the extra barrel.

From what I have seen personally, one should be able to switch out the barrel in a matter of minutes.

Just always be sure to remember that your FD-PCP is not cocked or loaded before doing any barrel switching!

Also, be sure to always use the proper tools too, as you do not want to damage any of the parts.

IN REFERENCE TO VALVE AIR-FLOW and ANY POSSIBLE MODIFICATIONS THAT THE VALVE MAY, OR MAY NOT NEED:

Some educational information on the Flying Dragon-PCP Valve!

"The FD-pcp uses a qb valve that is slotted on the sides for additional airflow. There is a large amount of info available on modding the qb valve for improved airflow to the valve seat in order to ensure enough unimpeded air flow to prevent starving a shot. If you look into the air reservoir with the fill cap removed you can see that the air tube seal covers a bit of the slots and only leaves a small gap for airflow.The slots by themselves only provide a .154 x .276 passage and that's before the seal blocks off some off it. I open the center hole as much as possible and turn down the spring end of the poppet so that the spring fits tight onto the poppet so it can't cant to far to one side or another. There are several ways to "skin the cat" on improving this valve but from my research opening the front side is always desired. It would seem to me that since Mike is removing the piercing pin to improve airflow then blocking off the hole would be defeating this step." (From JTB530.)

It would be wonderful if someone could figure out a way to degas this gun so we take apart the tank and work on some improvements.
I could not fix the leak on my gun and I am waiting for the spring and stand off that Nick has promised to send me. He said he will make them for around $10 each. This would be a pretty cheap mod and fix for this gun.
I am wondering who else had a bad leak as I did on my .22
My guess is that the leak developed on the way to my home because of the extreme cold that is plaguing most of the country now. When I got the gun, it was as cold as ice. Maybe the cold did something to the gun and the leak developed because of this. I don't know how or why. All I know is that Mike said he checked the gun before shipping it to me and I got a leaking gun.

For those that do not know, the valve in the Flying Dragon-PCP Air-Rifle is the same as the valves found in most QB-Air-Rifles. Here's a list of o-ring sizes that can be used on the FD-PCP:
