14 yrs ago I received a Gamo 440 hunter for Christmas. She's been a fine gun and still shoots. Now I don't have a chrony. But I can tell she's lacking in the power dept. I think she needs a overhaul. I think I need a new
-breach seal
-alive jam (there's play in the barrel)
-piston spring and seal
Are these parts still available, is it a difficult process and what is the estimated cost of the above parts? Thanks guys

the hunter 440 uses a standard gamo piston seal.
any of the vendors will carry this part as well as the spring and breech seal.

Breach Seal can be had from Gamo, but if I remember correctly that one uses a metric O-ring....
Air Rifle Headquarters has the E3650 spring and a two seal package that would work wonders for your old gun....
Slop in the lockup may be hard to remedy but it may be just as easy as tightening the pivot bolt, or as complicated as rebuilding the pivot completely...

I sent gamo an email and they said because I didn't register the gun for the lifetime warrenty they cannot prove I was the original owner of the gun they did however say that for 39.95$ +10$ return shipping I could sent the gun in and they would rebuild it. Which I didn't think was that bad. Anyone got experience with this?

Never heard of that, but if you can get a nearly new Gamo 440 for $50.00 I would say go for it, a tune kit would cost you more....
