new to here how to post pics?

I`m new to this forum how do you go about posting pictures of your builds i use potobucket to post on other forums but it seems not to work here so how do i do it

I also can post pics on a different forum, not here. Too many hoops to jump through, way too complicated. I gave up!  I'm just an old dinosaur with no computer skills. Took a night class after I retired, obviously need more classes if I want to post pictures on this website....

easiest way to post pics to any forum is to host the pics on a third party website and just link them to the forum. My suggestion is to use dropbox. Once you have gone to dropbox.com and downloaded their application and installed it, you will have a folder on your computer called dropbox. Inside this dropbox folder you will have a folder called Public. Put all your forum pics in this Public folder. Now all you have to do is right-click on any picture in this folder and chose the option to copy public link.

Now that you have your link copied you go to our wonderful GTA forum, and click the Insert Image button on the far left of the second row of buttons you see when writing a new post. Two brackets will appear ( one with img and one with /img), now paste the link you copied in between the two pairs of brackets. Youre done!

If you still need help, i can put together a tutorial with pictures to make it even simpler

Photobucket works for me using my LG G2 phone.  PB let's me "Copy to Clipboard".

After you achieve a 20 post count, you will be able to post pictures and web links. As suggested, the easiest, for me at least, is to use photobucket.com. You can also set up an album here by clicking on the Media tab above. There is a discussion and instructions about all of the picture posting options here in this Announcement Gate thread.
