Love your attitude, Don, and I am in awe that you can still ride that Softail .... way down low and behind that motor .... I'm 62 and 6'5" .... my hips won't do that anymore.  I thought I had it bad ... look at that list of AG's you have.

I sold the Soft Tail to a youngster 2 years ago and had installed floorboards a couple years before that . My May road trip will be on my 2002 Road King classic
 PS: I really miss the Soft Tail me and my then 2nd wife to be rode 2 up to Sturgis in 2000 when we got back I proposed to her she is a keeper

It's really fun hearing from other 'old guys' that share common interests.  I've been retired 10 years and haven't gotten bored yet, although this winter has caused a noticeable case of cabin fever that resulted in a few new indoor toys.  The end of April I'll be 65!  You better believe I'll be getting myself something besides a Medicare card to mark the occasion.  Last year a Mustang convertible followed me home.  I think I might take up my wife's offer of "What do you want for your birthday, Honey?" and let her get me a HW50S in .22.  Take care................the Mailman
