.22 synrod tuning

Finally got a .22 synrod. First PCP and I am really excited. I have been reading a lot about tuning (A-team) and others on forums. I think I understand it, but Iam not sure.
My goal would be to:
1) Use FTT's 14.66
2) FPS hover 800 fps +/- 30fps
3) Highest shot string (30 at minimum , would love 40)
4) Fill pressure (somewhere around 2250 if possible)
4) Least amount of pumping possible.

I do not know the terminology of the settings as I should know by now, so bear with me while I call the settings out as 1/4" allen wrench, 1/8" allen wrench , and V for velocity set screw. All adjustments I have made are from full out CCW just like described in the A team write up. Have been using a F1 Chrony.

All and any advise to get my goal would be greatly appreciated as I am going through pellets like crazy to find my goal. Here's my final tune until I can get some advice. My arms are getting tired of pumping...

1/4" 2 turns
1/8" 6 turns
V - 2 turns

Start 2500psi / 1-10

Completely new at PCP John B. very green.

Here's my goal. What I need to know is what to adjust to get there.

Or to meet your goals, you could drop in a regulator.

I have read about it but not that particular thread. I think its called the bstaley for bhb tune that uses three orings. I would like to keep stock if possible, but if that's the direction I need to go in, I will go.

I just need to know if the stock synrod is capable of my goal without the mods before I start really changing things.

Start with;

V = 4 CCW from full CW

1/8" = fully CCW

1/4"= fully CCW

Fill to 2500 psi

First 1-3 shots should be near 785 fps - if Higher, turn 1/8" CW 1/2 turn at a time (refilling every 4th shot)
                                                            if Lower, turn 1/4" CW 1/2 turn at a time (refilling every 4th shot)

Once your shot string starts around 785 fps, go ahead and shoot a string until the fps drops back to around 785 fps, then post it here

Now - fill to;  2100 psi

Turn;  V - 1 full turn CW

Shoot over chronograph and record fps, if at or near 825 fps stop. Otherwise, turn V - a little at a time (about 1/8 turn CW) between shots, until reading of around 825 fps - topping back off at 2100 psi every 4 shots.

Is there anything else we have to do ? It took about 72 pumps to get it from 1600psi to 2150.

When you feel like it

Fill to 2450 psi and shoot 3 shots, if the fps look good (around 800 fps or so), go ahead and shoot another string. If not post back before continuing

I just can't do it right now. I had a little bit of a problem on my side. I shot the "dang" F1 chrony SH@#.

Yep that happens sooner than later 

You are probably at a good place in your tune… maybe just shoot the rifle for a while and enjoy… there will always be room for tweaking
