Scuba Tank Gauge Improvement

This all started because I wanted a more accurate gauge on my disco. Well I found out that there was not real good solution that.
So I decided instead to put a nice guide on my fill assembly. I started looking for gauges. I found that very few that had 1/8 threads and the ones I found were more money that I wanted to spend. So I decided to go with 1/4 threads and an adapter.
I went to northern tool and found this. (the guauge is not the correct on the picture)

The went to McMaster and got the 1/4 to 1/8 NPT adapter

Now I get accurate fill read outs. I listen to the click for my low point and then stop for the high.
My assembly started like this.

You can also get a 1.5" glycerin filled gauge with 1/8" NPT threads, so no reason for an adapter....
