Lost patience & took the angle-grinder to my HW30s

and hacked down the over-powered main spring it came new with,......by doing this I`ve got back the sweet shooting cycle these guns are famous for.

I don`t know what spring the bench-monkeys at Weihrauch put in my rifle ,but it was making it hold sensitive and frustrating the *(&^ out of me!........Fitting the heavier Nikko scope you see here did help......but I JUST had to get the angle grinder out !!!

I am in a much happier place and the gun is doing a nice smooooth 6.8 ft/lbs  instead of the original  harsh 7.5-7.6 ft/lbs  !!!

I build a lot of model kits! so green putty and some "wet and dry" can do wonders to disguise joints !!

I suppose I could have worded it better.............................anyway it was either have at the spring or 2 nice gentlemen in white coats were gonna drag me by my heels off to the "laughing academy"!!!!
