ok the screw that screws into the bolt/probe just broke !!!!!! is this a common bolt/screw. should i be able to find this at the hardware store, or is this a crosman only thing?

take it to a hardware store and they should be able to tell you the size or check ur phone book for a "fastener" company. austin has austin bolt co they sell pretty much every kind of fastener pretty much


if you plan on building a custom pcp with crosman parts or something down the road order 1 or 2 of the parts along with a new screw.. 4 bucks shipping

alright, thanks buddy. im pretty good at finding the right screws, but wasnt sure if it was a specialized part

I've not measured it but as best as I can recall it looked like a 10-24 socket head cap screw 1/2 long. If I'm thinking of the right screw.

well that spacer thing that goes on that screw was/is missing. I've been messing with the screw to find the right place. had planed on giving it some loc-tite, but it wiggled lose and when I was cocking it the screw broke inside the gun. froze up the bolt blaw blaw blaw
Bill G thanks that will make a easy search. the ace hardware store has the chrome section i was going to do the bolt that holds action and stock together, so two birds with one stone
