Pulled the Trigger On A Standard Walnut Cricket in .22

Went ahead and ordered from TGAG after much research and soul searching (wife begging). I reviewed the new FX Bobcat model but had to go with Czech women (Facebook) and quality airguns at KaibrGun. Should arrive late next week USPS. It will be getting a Hawke Sidewinder Tactical 6.5-20x42 1/2 mil dot scope (like the one in the picture) and vortex level. The 30mm rings height are still undecided with the best cheek weld being a consideration.
Please forgive me for borrowing the nice photos.

Congratulations!!! Got mine a week ago and finally got the scope mounted Thursday. Its no fun .... dosent matter if the groups are 3 shots or 14, they all try to go into the same hole at 30 yards! We're still trying to get acquainted, but the future looks bright.
One piece of advice: carefully read the enclosed instruction manual, smile, and put it away for safekeeping. Then go out and just follow your nose and intuition. I think it was written by a Chinese lad who lives in Honduras, speaks fluent Navajo and has only a vauge idea of where Russia is!!
I found that the magazine is a pleasure to load and a bear to get to operate correctly. After a two day struggle, I think I have it figured out. Haven't done anything with the chrono yet. Will get to that in about another week or two.
Incidentally, the pictures you posted are of the Compact model, not the Standard.
Have fun and enjoy the new lady.

Thats strange the guy I borrowed them from says they are the std model. The barrel extends about 5.5" past the end of the forearm.

Here is the compact model In composite. The barrel only extends about 3" past the forearm.
