MRod Question

I've been researching the PCP rifles, because my next purchase will be on the Dark Side.  Some rifles have easily adjustable power setting.  The Mrod's is located out of the way, behind the stock.  Has anyone tried drilling a hole in the stock for easier access? Installing some type of plug to cover it?  Just my thought, it seems like a easy location for access.  Is their a reason not to

I've seen people drill hole in Maurauder stock to adjust from outside, eather here or on the Yellow .Search it their was pictures too.....Franky

Thanks, that's what I was looking for.  I'm surprised it doesn't come with something like that from the factory.  Hardest part to this mod would the exact location to drill or drill a little over sized to make up for error.

Just use a caliper to measure the distance from the tube to the center of the hole location. Of course you have to remove the stock. Then after making a mark on the tube where the stock and tube meet, line up the distance on the caliper and mark your spot to drill on the stock. I hope this made sense.

Thanks again, I found the posts on Marauderairrifle.com.  I should have known I didn't have a original idea.  I did find out the adjustment port is not straight as it appeared in pics, but angled down.
