leaky disco

hey guys I had to take my foster fitting and inlet valve(not really sure what to call everything on the front of the gun) because of a little muddy mishap. cleaned everything out and now it leaks. will leak out a full charge in less than an hour. I put teflon tape on the threads of the foster fitting and it still leaks,,what do you all use to seal this up? thanks

just happened to be looking down the forum a little bit and found folks with the same problem read those post and now have an idea where to start thanks.
