My Grandpas Benjamin 312 hardly hold air, so I figured I'd try some Crosman pellgun oil out on her to see if I can get her to hold air. Question is, where should I oil it at?

I would try oiling the pump cup. Pull open the pump lever all the way to it's maximum travel, there should be a rubber seal visible in a slot/hole in the bottom of the tube. I have never oiled that particular model Benjamin, but that should help your gun hold air again. You may find that the gun will still not seal, In that case you may need to have it re-sealed. You should also oil the other moving parts/seals, such as the pivot pin and breech seal. Hope this helps.
