ugly hole!

This is the rear mount screw hole on my walther falco hunter..... not a good sign im pretty sure i can fix this with a pillar type setup....just wondering  if you guys have had to adress this major problem and how did you repair  it?

I have the hatsan 125.... I used a washer on both sides of the screw.
Having owned a few hatsans in the past...I learned on there synthetic stocks (previous models) that area is very weak.
When you tighten the screw too much it pulls the trigger block screw into the plastic. Crushing it like that.

Thanks, thats the same thing i did for the time being.....  Think the next time i take it apart ill put a spacer between the washers so it cant crush too bad

I used a Bronze bushing, and imbedded it in the stock with epoxy. Provides a stable bushing for the bolt and the bolt threads do not tear up the stock more. I did have to enlarge the whole to accomodate the bushing. Got the bushing at local hardware store.

Made a bushing "sandwiched" under a rubber/aluminium washer and a stainless washerfits tight soo far , wanted to keep a little movement with the sas system ....had to cut out rear lug in the stock then drill out stock and trigger guard ... worked out good..if i have issues i will glass it
