Well Ive run long needles through the hole to find the other side and then where needle made a small hole i then drilled it and pushed pins through and install new pins and that seems to work the best for me but i have read other ideas on here before but just cant seem to find them yet.Wish they would just have two holes from the start.Only reason i have to remove this one is because the lever snapped in half.Of course the guy doesn't know how it happened as Ive never seen one this bent and broke with normal wear.Anyway that's what I'm doing now.

Got it, i think another idea is an "E-Z Out" (the knurled broken bolt removers, they look like a tap) that you could get to fit on the inside diameter of the pins then, chuck one in a power drill, run it into the pin just a touch, then reverse the drill at low speed and the E-Z Out should bite into the pin and the rotation of the drill will loosen it as you pull on the drill?

If they are the same 1/8" roll pins as used in a Crosman 140/1400 with a hole on one side of the grip only.... Here is what I do....
Take a 1/16" drill (which will fit through the roll pin) and drill right through the wood using the pin as a guide....
Using a 3/32" drill, drill back towards the pin from the 1/16" hole you just drilled....
Using a 3/32" pin punch, drift out the roll pin towards the side originally drilled with the 1/8" hole....
To reinstall, simply drive the pin back in through the original 1/8" hole....
