Thanks guys ! Donny i always wanted to try the pistons i need to figure out how to make the groove for the o-ring im no pro at the lathe im self tought and really do it as a hobby but do sell my parts if someone ask me.Im looking into a blade with a round tip but need to find out if it will good for the o-ring.

Mike, for oring grooves use a parting tool and cut to a depth that gives you the seal you want. Make the groove at least 0.010" wider than the oring. Do not make the groove rounded. No need.
