Smackey54: Will look forward to that teardown and pics. Do you know how the "SAS" bolts come out of the stock/action? There is one large screw head on one side, and a small phillips type screw on the other, quite diffrerent than the typical break barrel where the screws jusr engage the tube or a couple of ears with threads.
Smackey54, thanks for the feedback and info.

A few things to keep in mined when compairing the diffrent guns..walthers mod125 are the same guns..but the wincheasters are diffrent model hatsan rebranded..mod 125 / 135 "Walther rebrands" are a totaly diffrent action thanthan the mods 55/60/70/75/80/85 "Wincheaster & daisy rebrands"then theres the new models 95/99 & 55 to 85 SAS Quattro models are diffrent again..make sure you are compaireing the same base model/actionHatsan do NOT build a diffrent gun for the rebrands..just renamethere base guns...Also the age of the gun comes into it... hatsan have made small changesover the years that also carry though into the rebranded guns...compaire apples with apples....
May be that the strokes are different. OD. VS LENGTH OF STROKE
