Impressive shooting!  Did you actually put your chrony there at 100yrds to measure the 800 fps?

That is some good shooting at that distance!!!!!  That gun must be tuned very well. I don't think I could hit the target at that distance

I can believe it, after I have done some work to mine, new pivot bushings (airguntoys.com), trigger(grtIII), crown job, new seal (badly needed), and some tuning, I can hit a 3.5" hard drive at 100 yards more times than not when using my smoker as a prop. It puts some pretty good dents in the HD, I will put up some 7/16" osb and see what it does.

4 in is still pretty good especially out of a truck window. I got a camera tripod i shoot off of with a sock full of rice on top to rest the rifle on. Works pretty good and its cheap!

Here`s my own opinion of the shots that have ,,, well , they`ve been contested quite vigorously , and by innuendo they`ve been doubted by some also . If any shooter aims at a specific target and hits the point at which he/she was aiming ,, thats a good shot. Do it again and thats a good shot . Do it 5 times and they were 5 good shots.
 I reckon congratulations on darn good shooting is deserved here. I`m going to have a go at doing it myself when I get my CFX back up and running , I`ll post the results then.

Good shooting.  After reading this I decided to give it a go myself.  Trail XL1100 @ 100 yards but my son and I had a stiff wind left to right.  He put three darn near on taget in 2" group I grouped like a shotgun but the wind had picked up to about 15 mph and was moving the POI 6" off the paper.  As for how much force was left after 100 yrds, CPHP's pushed 1/8" into the boards of hardwood pallet I was using for a backstop.  Still had some giddiup in them.

It was pretty darn enjoyable so we will reset when we have more favorable conditions.  Again, great shooting and thanks for pushing me to give it a try.

I tested my XL at 311' (best clear shot I had to a tree closest to 100 yards), I put a spacer behind a 4.5" wide by 8" tall piece of 7/16" osb and screwed to a tree for a solid hit. Pallet used was a Crosman 14.3 gr domed. Here are the results:
