I'm testing some bb's, need some input

Welcome kemosabe. I'll know for sure in a few days when my Avanti's get here, but for now the Marksman brand is light years ahead of anything I've tried. Don't know why, they just are. I suppose it's just because my pistol likes them, and we all know how fickle these guns can be.

I got the Avanti's today and here's the final results. With my pistol the Avanti's came in a real close second to the Marksman.

1.   Marksman Premium ---- nice groups with no fliers, required a little force to get them in the clip (a little larger OD maybe)
2.   Avanti Precision Ground ---- Came in a real close second, but my pistol just didn't like them as well as the Marksmans
3.   Daisy Premium ----  decent groups with some fliers, fell right into the clip
4.   Umarex Precision ----- Look and shoot almost the same as the Daisy's, but pricier
5.   Crossman Copperhead ---- groups??, kinda went where they wanted!!

Keep in mind, these are the results with my pistol only. Your mileage will probably vary...............alot.

Good to know about the Marksman and Avantis.  The Marksmans are available at the local big box store, so maybe I'll check them out next time I'm there.
