Target posted below.
All but the four leftmost, 11 or 12 yards, 3 pumps if I recall correctly. Top, 5 rounds as-is. Lowered the rear sight ladder (only) on next two.
Last two @ close range adjusted windage and ladder. Ladder now all the way down.
Four at left were 25'ish yards, 6 pumps. Some shot delay (it leaks faster if pumped more).
Analysis
I'd done chrono after adding the washer under the rear screw. So it may have leaded over a bit, and adjusting dislodged it. Front screw may have issues too and I disturbed that...
Conclusion
It can probably group. I won't know more until the valve holds pressure.

They might sound like a lot of work till you realize you only need 3-4 pumps for plinking.

Long pause was parts and tooling order. Last (2nd) time assembled it was very difficult driving in both pins.
It's tentatively reworked and pumped up. Tonight I'll see if it held pressure. Details to follow.
