Old Chinese Pellet Rifles

I have an old Pellet rifle with no markings. I believe it is a B-3 (with safety) but I am not sure. This rifle was given to me by my brother in the late 1980s or early 1990s. It always had decent power and was quicker on the reload than my old Benjamin 347. Recently I pulled it out to dispatch an issue and found it unable to complete the task. . It only makes a spring noise when cocked and fired with very little to no power. Are there any pointers for narrowing down the problem?

Probably seal or seals are bad. Mine was like that when I got it years ago. The breech seal was falling apart. I bought a package of assorted valve seals (plumbing parts) at Home Depot. One of them was a close enough fit. It could be a different seal though.

If you run into problems, check in the China/Asian gate. There are experts there (I'm not one of them) that know how to solve any problem on your B3.
