PINTY .22 Bullpup Video Going Live SATURDAY [2025-03-12]

Good morning Airgunners!

It's about 6:30 here in West Texas, and I'm getting ready to head to the camp kitchen for our daily morning meeting.  We have another several days of super-high winds (gusts over 40mph).  The next potential shooting days will be Sunday and Monday.  I hope to get out and do some more testing with our Pinty .22 Bullpup.  For those looking forward to the first pellet testing segment, the release goes out tomorrow and the public release goes out on Saturday.  We'll post the public video in the ARK.

I'm thinking about what airgun I want to feature next here on the GTA.  Here are some options:

Gamo Hunter Extreme Ultimate .25 or .22
Barra 250z (.22 pellet testing and getting ready for final GRiP review)
Umarex Zelos .22
Seneca Eagle Claw
Huben .25
Aspen .25
Umarex Origin (I need to find it in my shop...)
BSA R12

And for optics
ATN X-Celsior
ATN X-Sight 5 LRF (want to test ballistics calculator)
Various Hawke Scopes

Do you all have any other suggestions?

Let me know when you all have some time.  I look forward to hearing your feedback on the Pinty and Barra airguns.

That's awesome Rick. You do a great job on your videos. I like how honest you are about these guns. I would like to see a video on a 25 eagle claw. I love those lever actions and would also love to have one. I think they would be a hoot out plinking. As for the Pinty, I'm a sucker for a cheap gun.

Although I like the 250z, there's alot out there already.

I think I'm with David.  Bring back the Aspen in .25.  What an interesting gun that is interesting in new ways given the changing context, particularly the introduction of nitrogen cart pcps.  The Aspen is fully contained.  No carts, no pump or compressor.  But a .25 pcp.  Hmmm... trying to remember all the features.... It's basically a nova freedom or something like that if memory serves.... or is it nova liberty?
