I write this to share my condolences with anyone who may have lost a family member.

Some of you from the old Green forum know a little about me. My name is Philip. I am actively a sergeant with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police. Additionally, I am in a collateral role with a federal alphabet agency there.

I write this to also purge my soul of horrific scene images witnessed on the evening of the crash and the days that following.

I'm tired and worn out. 12+ hour shifts witnessing absolute damage and unnecessary loss.

I give my absolute condolences and prayers for strength to anyone here who may be grieving through this difficult time.

Take care of yourselves and one another.

I am sorry you had to go through that. May you and the family's and friends that have lost find some peace following this tragedy. Hopefully you can get some rest soon and if needed seek help for yourself, this I know personally will help.

RIP our service men and thoughts that have died.
