Carbon fiber tank

So in preparation for the arrival of my BSA Sportsman HV, I'm already thinking as much as I want to shoot, I'm not going to enjoy pumping using my FX pump all the time.
I found a 4500psi carbon fiber tank on my local craigslist that has been used for paintball- CO2.
My question is, will this tank work for me to use to get filled with high pressure air at a scuba shop? Is it safe to use this tank?
To be specific- this is all I know about it: Ninja 45/4500 Carbon fiber tank (black) 4 years of hydro left

Aren't those paintball tanks regulated to 1200 or 1500 psi output?

is the tank 45 cf, or ci? Most paint ball tanks will be too small to of any use to you.

paintball tanks are regulated outputs and much too low to fill a FX, or a BSA
the thread on neck is not the same as breathing air tanks valves either
there was a guy making custom cut valves to fit the paintball tanks but I would worry about thread tolerances then.
best just to get a valve made for a breathing air tank and the tank that matches it
what paintball tanks are good for is tethering to a C02 gun for consistant shots....but if the regulator creeps up in pressure you have other problems with a tube designed for CO2 pressures when 4500 or 3000 hits it

Thanks for the help and advice guys. I guys I'll avoid buying the paintball tank. I just saw a couple CHEAP paintball tanks on my local CL and thought I should consider.
