Why can't I post

Apparently I can no longer post on this forum. Says my IP may be at risk or unsafe.
I don't understand as I've previously posted on forum but cant anymore?

As stated in the forum rules, you must have at least 20 posts to your credit and have been a member at least 30 days before you are allowed to post pictures. You need a few more posts to meet the requirement. Sorry. Most of the rules were developed to protect the forum and membership from spammers. Go to the Welcome New Members Gate and post a few welcome messages to get your post count up.
