Are JTS airguns and Artisan airguns the same company?

I did a Google search and it said that they are not the same company. If that is the case why do they have the same address and phone number.
I came across this when I was looking for a release date for the jts stone wolf and all that popped up was the Artisan stone wolf.
Did I miss something?
Did JtS change their name?
