Claimed - Thanks GTA
Yep it's free and it works. I've tested it and it has enough power to penetrate at least one sheet of copy paper. It must be accurate because right on the gun it says" Target" and darned if it doesn't also say "Special" . It must be specially accurate. Perhaps it was used by an Olympic shooter. Plus it has some pretty fancy flip up aperture sights, maybe for long distance shooting. Anyways, it's yours if you are willing to pay actual shipping cost. If you live in the Southern Hillsboro County NH area you could meet me and pick it up for free. If you are in a big hurry to get it, well then you are out of luck. I don't do too many things in a big hurry including finding a cardboard box or going to the post office. If you want some more detailed pictures, let me know but you're probably gonna be out of luck. If lots of you target shooters want it, I'll wait a couple days and throw all the names in a hat and draw a winner.

Ernie,
Enjoyed reading your comments about each one of your listed airguns (AGs). The phase "not my cup of tea" about CO2 pistols was right on target for me too. Been thinking about buying a Daisy 717 except lately everyone who owns one seem somehow disappointed. Springs are great thing in AGs. Take Care. Randy

I was shooting my 717 just a few days ago, I love that gun! Maybe they just need the right magic applied. I bought mine used, so the magic was already in it.

The Daisy 717 is actually quite nice considering it's low cost. The reason it's not as amazing as I hoped is, I had previously shot a 747 and 777 and really liked them. I had an unrealistic fantasy that the much lower cost 717 would be as nice as a 777.

I had bought a 747 A few Years ago. It wouldn't hold air very long and the power wasn't very good. The fix was replacing the the thin celluloid washer that compresses the valve stem o-ring, with a brass washer. The celluloid washer was to flexible and could not exert enough pressure on the valve stem o-ring to get a good seal.
