Picatinny Rail and 2 degree Ramp

I have been playing around with 3D printing Picatinny rails and angled ramps to use them at long range.... The rail is just over 6" long, and has 13 slots.... I have designs for ramps to fit a flat receiver or a 1.25" / 32mm OD tube, with angles of 0.5 deg. (30 MoA), 1 deg, 2 deg, and 3 deg.... They both have screw holes on 70mm centers (140mm between end holes).... This is the 2 degree ramp, sitting in front of the Picatinny rail.... The ramp is printed upside down (shown in the pic), so that the small steps from the angle end up against the gun.... The ones with the hollow to fit the tube are taller on the sides, so that the height in the center is as designed....
The key to the ramp design is that as you increase the angle, the ramp gets taller, so that the front of the scope doesn't hit the barrel.... I swung the angle around a point 6" in front of the ramp, so if the scope objective is 6" in front of the ramp (or less) and clears when sitting on the flat ramp by itself, it will clear with any of the ramps.... Holes are for 10-32 or 5mm screws....
This will allow the ramps to be interchangeable to shoot at different ranges.... the steepest ramp, at 180 MoA, should allow shooting at 750-1000 yards, depending on the velocity.... I used Priline CF-PETG to print these, with a 0.6mm nozzle, at 0.25mm layer height and 0.8mm line width, printing at 260C, and they are 100% Infill....They printed in an hour each....
