Glad that no one has answered with the dollar amount because we come from all kind$ of employment. Career$ all peak and then end. It would be unfortunate if talk of money was used to classify members. Career continuation or just having a job means more money. I am paralyzed luckily only on the right side arm and leg. I am also in heart failure. Working is tough for me. Buying collector grade airguns that I shoot too makes me happy. Demand will increase in the future.
It has paid me thousands as a hobby with not much effort. Watch for crazy sales, buy several, sell on ebay. Custom builds, vintage buy and sell. It's just natural for me to hustle a little to support a hobby. I have pretty much lost interest in buying new stuff and slowly shifted to only refining what I have now. Quite often I have to remind myself that my $300 22lr will outperform every airgun I have so it's a frivolous endeavor other than the engineering side.

I'm pretty sure your 22lr will not outperform an airgun when it comes to shooting a restricted 35yd backyard range with neighbors on all sides. Nor will it outperform in cost of shooting. There is also the "tinker factor" to consider. Tuning, tweaking, modifying and upgrading is a large part of the hobby for many of us.

LOL... I was just asking. I probably shouldn't have considering this is an airgun forum and discussions on PBs are against the rules.... my bad.
