Crosman parts ordering

When  ordering parts over the phone does anybody else not get a confirmation e-mail…they always say they are sending it…I always email the next day and get confirmation……I also have to e-mail to get tracking #….no biggie as parts always get here …just curious…

They never send me an email.
I have ordered 100s of times.
No tracking, too.

They send me an invoice thru my email, then the shipping details once they've shipped it.

Mine are phone orders as well.

I get an email of the invoice from them almost right away after the phone conversation, no BS.

Im glad the system works for some..as I said no worries ….was just curious….parts always arrive….maybe a glitch in the matrix on my end….thanks

LOL... I must be the only one in my zip code that orders from them. The first thing they ask is my zip code. From there they guess my name and get it right every time.

Well they ask me this morning…first name wasnt mine….so at least 2 ordering from 38122…..charge showed pending on my cc…lol.as I mentioned I confirmed all i info with them…honestly like most just want the parts…lol...

If it's any comfort, this email system via phone order started back in 2021, at least for me 👍

I dunno how/why they do that, B sir, it's always the ZIP code 1st.

Got an email from crosman stating  I gave wrong email….I confirmed e-mail at time of order…the days of customer is always right is long gone…lol

Crosman asks for your zip because they can't/won't ship to certain areas.
Similar to the EBay policy.

I always get email/tracking updates from Crosman when ordering over the phone.
Make sure they have the proper email address and you should be good.
Mine got changed when they upgraded their ordering system awhile back.

They claim they
Dont/didnt have the correct information….but after placing an order….I always confirm,pn#,address and e-mail…no worries as I always get the parts….just got tracking from USPS….
