Sometimes I get the big bore itch

The first ever pcp I ever shot was actually a .457 Texan and that’s when the seed was planted several years ago. Several months passed and the seed grew and grew and here we are. Anyway, sometimes I get the itch for a big bore Texan but I always remember I don’t have anywhere I can safely and discreetly shoot. Can’t shoot in the living room, my van, shop or out the window so that’s the only reason I don’t have one. Shooting range is out of the question because weekends are dedicated to family.

Get a slingshot and some .45 bullets... There's a guy on Fieldsports Britain that hunts with that setup out to 35 yards.

Even if you have copious amounts of "spare" HPA and lead, without a direct need/use for the big bore, the novelty eventually wears off.

 My big bore needs are strictly hunting, so not like I'm Plinking in the garden every afternoon with them, I am lucky to have places to use them but time restraints keep it to a minimum. If there were some local competitions I may shoot the big bore more
