Vevor hand pump filter media

Can anyone direct me where I can buy the small oil water filters (sometimes called filter media) for the Vevor hand pump ?
I contacted Vevor and they said: "We do not sell parts separately. All our products have a 12 month warranty and if there is a problem with your purchase during the warranty period, we can send you a replacement part free of charge (In the case of parts that are not consumable). If you need to purchase additional accessories, we are sorry for this we do not sell them. You can buy them on Amazon or eBay."

I tried Amazon and Ebay and couldn't find what I was looking for... maybe someone with a wiser intellect could be of assistance?

 I am assuming it is for these tiny filters, seems hard to find, did find a filter unit with replacements.

They are Hard to Find and its amazing more hand pump users haven't answered. Or don't they change their filters?
