I know I ordered one and paid for it on May 28, 2021 and have not received it.  No reply to my inquiries either. If I ever get my money back, I won't deal with those people again

Have you tried calling Noe directly by phone? Al will answer the phone if he’s not tied up with other things at the time.
Emails..,. Not so much, but he’s always answered my phone calls.

I bought a mold didn't get it it went back order I called and decided to wait.  Got a email saying back in stock I called again and he got it in the post immediately. He didn't even finish the conversation before getting it taken care of.

+ 1 on a phone call vs email. Have your order number ready.

Charles definitely give Al a call on the phone, he'll get you squared away !!! I've had to do that a couple of times.
