Katran Air Tube Question

Has anyone ever taken apart their tubed Katran ? In the schematic how does 23 secure to 25? Does it bottom out ? Is it adjustable? Some guy made a YouTube video saying he’s “adjusting” the exhaust valve. I didn’t know that was a thing

I think I seen the same video. If I remember, In the comments someone asked the same question. His reply I believe was he was experimenting with it. But the first thing I thought about, he was adjusting the valve return spring. That regulator set up is nothing like my Caiman X.

All he did was confuse. I emailed the factory see what they say. I’d like the tube version because it’s buddy bottle friendly but I need that figured out before any decisions are made
