MY new to me B-30

I recently traded Dmike a B-40 in .177, which he calls Blondie for his B-30 in .22.I have always wanted a B-30 in .22,This gun shoots amazing.Mike had Tom Gore at Vortek work on it and it shoots great.It's alittle bit loud for my backyard,but I'm working on a full shroud.Here's a few pics of when i received without a scope and with.

Ok you can just send it back now! J/K. One of the best looking stocks I ever got my hands on. I always thought it was a smooth shooting gun after it got tuned then Tom really put the works to it. Maybe just a little loud but a real easy shooter. Let us know how it groups for you when you get a chance.

That is a great looking B30.  One of these days I'd like to redo the my B28 and the B26 stocks in that color or a little darker.  John.

That's a mix of Red Oak, Walnut and Merlot. You would just do a coat of walnut after the mix or add a little more walnut.

Felix is right, not trying to stroke my fire but I am really proud of that stock finish, it just came out perfect. I really should say I coaxed the beauty from the wood.

Hey Felix looks like Blondie is going to need a stock redo too. That little crack in the back is growing so i will need to mend it then refinish. Did you use anything special to finish it maybe I can get away with a repair and matching?

that looks great. What the difference between a b30 and a b21?

The barrel on the B30 is a little shoretr and it is blued instead of parkerized and the stock is nice also some of the B21 had a srouded barrel, I've has about 3 B21 and 2 B30  and right now I have a B 30 from Mike Melick and it is a honey  Howie1a
