Stoeger X10 vs. Crosman 800x

I am looking at these as a inexpensive, but good quality springer to keep in the tool box of my UTV year round. I have a single shot 12 guage "survival gun" I keep in there, but I want an air rifle as well. I have several airguns, but none that I want to subject to being stored that way.

I have a G1/Phantom stock that I would love to be able to put on either. Will this stock fit on both? I want just open sights to keep it simple.

They are both around $100, so that seems to be even.

Is the power level the same or is the X10 more powerful?

Either rifle will get the job done but I'd go with the Crosman.  I love mine, I also love my Stoeger X-20  but the availability of parts ad the outstanding customer service from Crosman would swing my vote.  I'm not saying that Stoeger customer service is bad, I've never dealt with them, but I know how good Crosman is to deal with and you can get darn near any part you need anytime you need it.  My 800X is also quieter than my stoeger if that's important to you.

Thanks, I sent you a p.m.. Here is another twist, what is the difference between the 800x vs. the Optimus. It appears that the Optimus is phasing out the 800x. Is it the same rifle with a slightly different stock?
