Diana 350 n-tec .177 4.5 mm 31J 23 fpe, which pellets and which scope ?

I got a new toy, actually a monster ..
Today I measured the speed with H&N Baracuda and it was about 300 m / s or 985 fps, it seems too fast. Do you have any suggestion for ammunition?
Which optics can withstand this shock?

The 10.65 Baracudas may be that fast due to small amounts of lube burning during the firing cycle.

Delube as best you can and try again.  Hopefully your velocities will come down.

My .22 350 is only around 21 fpe as a comparison.

What is your scope budget?

You may wish to investigate the Diana ZR (zero recoil) mount.  It has built in droop compensation and will work with either one inch or thirty mm scope tubes.  Heavier pellets will probably work better in that gun than light ones.

For the D 350 .22 ("21" fpe) I usually use, I've learned that, no matter the mount, the scope itself has to be resistant.
My last acquisition is a Hawke Airmax with a 30mm tube. According to Hawke, 30mm allows more room for bigger (stronger) internal parts.

For resistance, no matter the scope you choose, it's essential that the adjustments remain within the 'comfort zone' after zeroing; rule of thumb = maximum 1 turn (usually 60 clicks) from the 'optical center'.

If your rifle has barrel droop, you have to manage it.  Through the kind of mount or .. bending the barrel (much more easy and usual than we think at first sight).

You may also buy Hawke's inserts for the rings that help to reduce the vertical adjustments when zeroing.

You are a brave soul getting an NTec 350.
For the time being, it is dieseling, it should not reach more than 23 ft-lbs. BUT with heavier pellets (one of the strengths of the gas springs).

I would get some Baracuda Match in 4.52 and 4.53 head size and test those. Once the rifle has settled.

It is time well spent.

The ZR mount allows the scope to "float" while the piston and spring finish the recoil cycles, so you can use any scope.

As long as you are a hunter/plinker, the OEM ZR mount will be good enough for you.
Not everyone needs to hit a 38 mm's circle at 50 meters.

If Baracudas are too light, the remaining options in .177 cal are quite limited.

Sure, there are ultra heavy .177 cal pellets such as the Exact Beasts, H&N Power Bolts, or Eun Jins, or myriad slug types (not really for springers), but there seems to be a kind of a gap in the 11 - 13 gr. range, which would be needed for semi-monsters such as Antom's.

If the gun was a coilspringer, you would be advised to start cutting coils. No such thing with gasrams, and AFAIK, Diana gas rams aren't user-adjustable.

Come to think about this, coilspringers suffer from too heavy pellets, but not gasrams! So test away with the ultra heavies mentioned above, and more. I reckon 14 - 16 gr.+ would tame the beast nicely.

Snipers have been discontinued for close to two years now. There are still a few places where you can buy them, but they are pretty much a no-go, due to lack of availability.

Let's say you blow through a tin of Snipers and learn they are excellent in your gun(s). Then what? OK, maybe someone has more than a couple of tins of them available, but I wouldn't count on it.

Exactly ^^^. I also posted in the Projectiles Gate about the entire Sniper line being discontinued and why. Maybe in some out of the way small shop somewhere
in West Timbuktu that still has a couple on a shelf or a fellow member cleaning house and has 1 or 2 but with the number of shooters hunting even now for some,
it's highly unlikely.

As a new gun it is still dieseling.

Let the gun settle down and THEN start worrying about excessive speed.

In any case, the JSB Monsters (old and new design) as well as the Beasts could domesticate this rifle if need be. I am just not sure that it will be necessary.
