Hey! New to this great forum. I'm 31 years old and only just recently got into shooting over the last few years. I just got my first air rifle a couple weeks ago and I find I enjoy them way more than typical firearms. I bought a Ruger Air Hawk which, believe it or not, is a very fine gun aside from a couple very small grievances. It's no piece of art, but it's a fine shooter. I have a Sheridan Blue Streak on the way and will arrive tomorrow morning. Pretty excited about that!
On a side note, air gun availability in my part of the country is terrible. I went to about 6 different places and they all have the same < $200 springers, which is how I ended up with the Air Hawk. Even at Gander Mountain the guys get a smirk on their faces when I start asking about air rifles. Bleah. With Michigan's laws, it's hard to find a dealer that will ship here. Pyramid Air does, thankfully.

Welcome to the best site out there. There are many of us from Michigan and its not so hard to find what you want once you learn your way around. As you found Pyramyd will ship anything but pistols and we also have Precision air guns up in Dryden.
