Needle Bearing Source...In This Size....

Looking for a needle bearing [source] that will be used in a pump arm pivot.  So, loads will be dynamic with upwards to a 2500lb max load.  If one should even exist in my size requirement:

.5" O.D. x 5/16" thick/tall x .25" shaft size/inner hole size.

Needle bearings (flat) typically have a precision washer on each side. I would check McMaster Carr.

Where all have you looked, so that you don't get suggestions that you have already tried?

I've just looked at Motion Industries; even when you step the pin diameter up to 5/16" (which appears to be the only way to get a 1/2" OD) the load rating is still only 920 lbs dynamic and 1030 lbs static....

I really doubt you will be able to find anything in that narrow of a bearing that will even come close to a 2500# load rating....

Welp.  Didn't think it existed.

Right now, which will be just fine, there is a pressed in drill bushing.  The friction between the two is probably not going to be noticed on the long lever.

You could always try one that fits with your current setup-might last longer than expected even with the (much higher than rated) load... If it doesn't work; press the drill bushing back in...

I wouldn't use a drill bushing, they are not designed for side load. Try a bronze self-lubricating bearing.

EDIT:  A drill bushing is a low cost solution where low friction and a slop-less hinge is not required.
