I agree with Billy on ranking the .177 versions of the same rifle with their .22 brethren.Racine .177s (397P and '78-up 347) with 392P and late 342; 397PA with 392PA; 317 (and 310 if you include smoothbores) with 312, etc.

Has nothing to do with ranking. Just trying to esucate myself.
Never had a Supergrade Sheridan so can't comment. Do have 2 Sharp Aces. Can't imagine any other pumper being better for actual use. To boot they are somewhat collectible. So for me they would be number 1. Never even seen a Supergrade in person. Obviouslythey are very collectable. So for me:1 - Sharp Ace2 - Sheridan Supergrade Somewhere way down the list I would add a Crosman 760. Not because it is rare or accurate, but because they probably sold more of those than any other pumper ever. That and most people in their 50s or so probably lusted after one as a kid.

The 760 is what most of us had. A Sheridan is what we lusted after.

Another member bantam5s started another pole where the 760 fit in nicely. In fact I think it fared quite well in that pole.
