I don't have that exact model, but Crosman says up to 800 fps with standard pellets. On similar Crosman rifles I do have that translates to a realistic 750 fps for the CPHP 14.3 grain pellet. If your rifle is well below that, one or more of the following parts is usually the problem.B18-04-1A (Piston Seal)BT9M22-00-5 (gas spring) B22-00-1 (Adjust washer)B12-00-14 (Breach Seal) You may want to do the tear-down inspection first since it could just be a worn/damaged piston seal (~$2).If you already have other Crosman/Benjamin break barrels based on the B19 style action, MANY of the parts are interchangeable. Extra replacement parts for the Titan may also be good backup parts to keep on-hand for those other rifles. FWIW, the parts listed above for the Titan are the exact same parts listed for my Benjamin Prowler NP 22.
