2K1TJ, tom , matt thanks.
Valve is a scratch build , as is the poppet.. Everything is up top.. Hit 688 today with premiers , and made a new back power adjuster cap from aluminum..
22 cal would be easy to swap in , but i think ill save my new ideas for version 2.. The gauge is going on the side of the main tube near the block. Ill post a pic when its on there..
Ar grip would require a trigger pack to work in conjuction , maybe a disco trigger , not sure .. The block for the AR mount and the trigger blade need to be pretty close to each other.. I did that on my chaser bullpup build years ago..
Its a pretty versatile base, since from any angle , something ( anything ) could be bolted right to it .. ALl the wall thicknesses are already there.. Gonna revise the drawing a bit and cut SN2 pretty soon

slight update gauge installed, metal power adjuster , and had to switch back to delrin cocking handle as the brass caused bounce.

Cool gun. Not a lego build but the monoblock looks like a lego
So if you have screw in barrel and tube this design lends itself to a rifle configuration as well. Just switch them around. I wish I were able to make a monoblock for regidity too.

Awesome work, Rob. Very nice design and build. I agree with Dan House that the monoblock is a trending platform and I can see the clear advantages.
How did you attach/seal the pressure tube to the block? ... might have missed that detail, sorry...

I think staying with the Crosman grip/trigger lends itself greatly to the modular design. We all know the configurations it’s been used in. And it’s not an uncomfortable or unsightly grip.
You can always give your tube extra holes to adjust sear/hammer throw if you wanted to go from mild to wild on the tuning.

thanks Biigbird, i think the rifle version would be easier , more places to hide the gadgets because a longer block would have more insertion depth .. Also , the lego appearance is in large part due to my use of 7mm spacing on the picitanny , it makes it faster to cut , and gives it that lego appearance (-'
Wyo , M16 threads and an oring , I made the main tube from 1 " 6061 rod so it was easy to plan ( as opposed to usiing an exissting tube ) , its only about 25 cc in this config because the walls are thick. The set screw on the left has to do with a small Stainless tp stem , a reducer actually.. I had too much porting initially.
Dave , yes , I view the block like a piece of clay , and the crosman grip is the same.. I can do whatever i want to the block , and with a supersear in the grip frame i could have the trigger adjusted to a few ounces.
One thing i never mentioned, that applies moreso to the monoblock thannn any other builds ive done. The tetris effect i call it .. Each move of the end mill affects everything else down the line.. One slot here makes something else impossiible over there. So right off the bat i thought I should keep it inside my wheelhouse.. Sidelevers, magazines , and balanced valves would be nice , but for a rev 1 , would those things cause a major bog in progress? Possibly , So i went simple as possible doing things where i knew i could do it blindfolded and drunk ,, V2 might be more complicated by design ..
