my hunting buddy has never been skunked on any of our outings.  the 1st time i lent him a pcp and explained how it would be to his advantage over a .22lr, he scored 3 squirrels in succession from the same tree.   soon after he bought a .22 Marauder and topped with a Leupold 4X scope with a set parallax of 100 yards and sighted in at 25 yards. 


today he called from work and i could hear the excitement in his voice.  a groundhog had been undermining the dam and he offered to take of the problem.  his 1st shot hit low so he aimed higher and the second shot put the groundhog down, drt.   jason is about 6' tall and he counted off 109 steps to the gh.  he is stoked and even had a witness.  he regularly hunts coyotes at his neighbors place with his .223.   next hunt, i'll be talking up .30 air rifles and their capabilities.  i'm i an enabler?  darn tooten!
